Shipping Policy

At Cast & Trail Outfitters, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed after normal business hours may be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, inventory shortages, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Methods

Cast & Trail Outfitters reserves the right to select the final shipping carrier and service used for delivery. Depending on the destination, package size, weight, and operational considerations, orders may be shipped via:

• USPS
• Other qualified delivery services as needed

Any shipping method displayed during checkout is an estimate and may be substituted with an equivalent or upgraded service at our discretion.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping options.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Cast & Trail Outfitters is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Cast & Trail Outfitters is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
