Return & Refund Policy

At Cast & Trail Outfitters, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure every order is accurate and meets your expectations. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Return Eligibility

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges when:

  • The wrong size was ordered and an exchange is requested.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • An item was shipped incorrectly due to an error by Cast & Trail Outfitters.
  • A similar fulfillment mistake occurred with your order.

If the error was made by Cast & Trail Outfitters, we will work with you to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Store Credit

Store credit is our standard method of compensation for approved returns.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, eligible returns will generally be issued as store credit that may be used toward future purchases at Cast and Trail Outfitter, 1924 Gunter Ave, Guntersville AL 35976; and at castandtrailoutfitters.com.

Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Cast & Trail Outfitters.

Requests for refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Damaged or defective merchandise
  • Fulfillment errors
  • Special situations deemed appropriate by management

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error made by Cast & Trail Outfitters, such as:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Incorrect size shipped
  • Defective product received
